Es gibt Coverbands, es gibt Tributebands und es gibt die The KISS-Tribute-Band!

KISS – Wahrscheinlich gibt es nur wenige Menschen auf der Welt, die die Masken, Kostüme und die spektakuläre Bühnenshow der vier Musiker von KISS nicht kennen. KISS ist seit 1973 eine feste Größe im Rock and Roll-Zirkus. Für Dezember 2023, also 50 Jahre später, plant die Band nun ihre letzten Auftritte in New York City. Was bleiben wird, ist die KISS-Army – eine riesige und treue Fangemeinde quer durch alle Generationen. Und es bleiben Musiker, die sich dem musikalischen Erbe der Rockgiganten verschrieben haben, so wie The KISS-Tribute-Band.

Getreu dem Motto You want the best and you´ve got it! tourt The KISS-Tribute Band seit 2010 durch Mitteleuropa. Bereits zwei Jahre nach Gründung überzeugte die in Hessen beheimatete Band bei Hessen rockt! – einem der größten Bandwettbewerbe Deutschlands – wo sie sowohl den Titel „Beste Band“ wie auch „Beste Tributeband“ gewann. Es folgten Auftritte vor großem Publikum, z.B. in der Commerzbankarena oder beim Schloßgrabenfest in Darmstadt. Gleichzeitig wurden Printmedien, Radio und Fernsehen auf die Band aufmerksam.

Von Anfang an war es Ziel der Band, ihren Gästen den Eindruck zu vermitteln, auf einem echten KISS-Konzert zu sein, indem sie die Originale aus den USA und ihre Show so authentisch wie möglich kopierte. Die Band wuchs an ihren eigenen Ansprüchen. So wurden das berühmte KISS-Make up zunehmend originalgetreuer aufgetragen, die Bühnenkostüme wurden perfektioniert und der Bühnenaufbau – mitsamt Feuersäulen, Licht- und Pyroeffekten sowie Konfettiregen – beeindruckender. Die Setlist der Band umfasst die Rockklassiker Deuce, Love Gun, Detroit Rock City und Rock and Roll all Nite genauso wie das allseits bekannte I was Made For Lovin´ You. Ihre Konzerte beendet die Band – soweit möglich – mit einem Meet&Greet, das ein Foto-Shooting mit den Bandmitgliedern beinhaltet.

Seit ein paar Jahren gehört The KISS-Tribute-Band zur ersten Wahl, wenn es darum geht, dem Publikum die perfekte KISS-Illusion zu bieten.

There are cover bands, there are tribute bands and there is The KISS Tribute Band!

KISS – There are probably very few people in the world who are not familiar with the masks, costumes and spectacular stage show of the four musicians from KISS. KISS has been a fixture on the rock and roll circuit since 1973. For December 2023, 50 years later, the band is now planning its last performances in New York City. What will remain is the KISS army – a huge and loyal fan base across all generations. And what remains are musicians who have dedicated themselves to the musical legacy of the rock giants, like The KISS Tribute Band.

True to the motto ‘You want the best and you’ve got it!’, The KISS Tribute Band has been touring Central Europe since 2010. Just two years after its formation, the band, which is based in Hesse, won Hessen rockt! – one of the biggest band competitions in Germany – where they won the title of ‘Best Band’ as well as ‘Best Tribute Band’. This was followed by performances in front of large audiences, e.g. in the Commerzbankarena or at the Schloßgrabenfest in Darmstadt. At the same time, print media, radio and television became aware of the band.

From the very beginning, the band’s aim was to give their guests the impression of being at a real KISS concert by copying the originals from the USA and their show as authentically as possible. The band grew to meet their own standards. The famous KISS make-up was applied more and more faithfully, the stage costumes were perfected and the stage set-up – including fire columns, light and pyro effects and confetti rain – became more impressive. The band’s setlist includes the rock classics Deuce, Love Gun, Detroit Rock City and Rock and Roll all Nite as well as the well-known I was Made For Lovin’ You. Wherever possible, the band ends their concerts with a meet & greet, which includes a photo shoot with the band members.

For a few years now, The KISS Tribute Band has been the first choice when it comes to offering the audience the perfect KISS illusion.
